Durango School District is recruiting licensed substitute teachers for the 2026 - 2027 school year to work with our amazing students and staff! We pay $185 per day, for a full day assigment. 3-5 day consecutive substituting assignments pay $195 per day. Long term substitute assignments pay $265 per day.
